in 1963, micheletti member of honor guard of president ramón villeda, toppled military; micheletti arrested , jailed on 3 october , jailed 27 days. in 1973 moved united states, living in tampa, florida, in new orleans, louisiana, 2 years before returning honduras in 1976. while living in usa finished high school , started own business.
