arlington: 6 flags on texas theme park: in august 2017 removed stars , bars confederate flag after flying 56 years along flags of other countries texas has been part of. in 1990s park renamed confederacy section old south section , removed confederate battle flags.
austin:

robert e. lee elementary school (1939) renamed local photographer russell lee in 2016. prominent photographer farm security administration , first professor of photography @ university of texas.


dallas:

robert e. lee statue (1936) located in lee park along turtle creek boulevard. dedicated in 1936 celebrate texas centennial exposition. removed in september 2017 after city council voted 13–1 remove it. 1 person killed during removal operation.
robert e. lee park: park has been temporarily renamed oak lawn park until permanent name can approved.


garland: south garland high school removed various confederate symbols in 2015. floor tile mosaic donated class of 1968 , granite sign in front of school replaced. both had incorporated confederate flag, part of school s original coat of arms. in addition, district has dropped dixie tune school fight song. school changed colonel mascot s uniform confederate gray red , blue in 1991.
houston:

downing street. renamed emancipation avenue in 2017.
lee high school (1962). known robert e. lee high school, district leaders dropped robert e. school s title distance school confederate general. school officials changed name margaret long wisdom high school in 2016.
westbury high school changed nickname of athletic teams rebels huskies.


university of texas (austin):

the 2015 decision move statue of jefferson davis mall museum fought scv in court. confederates likened move destruction of cultural heritage isil while university president gregory l. fenves said not in university s best interest continue commemorating him (davis) on our main mall.
after removal of jefferson davis statue in 2015 there 3 remaining confederate statues left on south mall @ university of texas. statues of generals robert e. lee , albert sidney johnston , confederate postmaster john h. reagan. dedicated in 1933. in august 2017 university removed statues , relocated them museum.


san antonio: confederate soldiers monument (1899), located in travis park next alamo. removed september 2017.
